At The French Bastards, we believe that bakeries have a key role to play in preserving the environment, promoting sustainable development, and supporting local communities. 
To this end, we’ve implemented several initiatives across our network:

• Daily collection and redistribution of unsold food by local charities.
• Longstanding partnerships with suppliers of organic flour and AOP-certified butter.
• Option to fund in-store breakfasts for Secours Populaire.
• Regularly updated menus to respect seasonal ingredients.
• Launch of our first Earth Month program in April 2024.
• Annual CSR rating by an accredited organization (Ecovadis) and evaluation of our carbon footprint.
